Cortina-Dobbiaco Run
All the running friends are just right, when they make a stop in Dobbiaco at the begin of June. In program is the Cortina-Dobbiaco Run over 30 km. Alternatively, there is a shorter route which starts at the Lake of Landro.

Alta Pusteria International Choir Festival
At the end of June, there is in program the Alta Pusteria International Choir Festival, a music event with the participation of about 100 choirs from all over the world. The concerts are free and take place on the lakes, at the huts in the mountains, in the central places and in the different concert halls of the villages.

Gustav Mahler Music Weeks
The Gustav Mahler Music weeks attract many music lovers to Hochpustertal every year. Here, in Dobbiaco, the bohemian composer spent his summer holidays 1908 – 1911.

Südtirol Dolomiti Superbike
It is the hardest mountain bike race in the Dolomites: the Südtirol Dolomiti Superbike. Start of the race over 119,9 and 56,9 km is in Villabassa/Niederdorf. The athletes have the possibility to choose the race distance during the race itself.

Mountain bike race Cortina-Dobbiaco
An equally spectacular and popular race is the mountain bike race from Cortina to Toblach. Start of this event is the centre of Cortina, the Piazza d’Italia, and the arrival will be in the centre of Dobbiaco. The race is 42 Kilometres long.

Südtirol Three Peaks Alpin Run
It is one of the most famous Alpin Runs in Europe and the race starts in Sesto/Sexten. After 17,5 km and on 1,350 meters of altitude the athletes arrive at the submontane of the world famous Three Peaks.

Dolomiti Ballonfestival
Every year, in the month of January, Dobbiaco is scene of the Dolomiti Ballonfestival. Take the opportunity to see the Dolomites from the sky and to enjoy quite a great experience.

Pustertaler Ski-Marathon
It is one of the oldest cross country races in South Tyrol: the Pustertaler Ski-Marathon, which traditionally takes place in January. In program there is always a race in classic (28 km) and one in skating style (42 km).

Cross country ski race Dobbiaco-Cortina
It is always in program during February, the cross country ski race Dobbiaco-Cortina and it offers two races: the race in classic style over 30 km with the arrival in Fiames and the race over 42 km with the arrival in the center of Cortina.
